Through a project questionnaire we collect additional information needed to prepare individual quotations and plan projects. This may include contact details, company details, address details, project information, technical requirements, uploaded files and communication preferences.

Uploaded files are treated confidentially and used solely in connection with the respective project.

If you contact us by email, the data you send is processed in order to handle your enquiry and communicate with you.

Where a contractual relationship arises between us, personal data may be processed to perform the contract, issue invoices and meet statutory retention obligations. This includes in particular:

Our website contains links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn and GitHub. No automatic plugins are used.

Data is transmitted to the respective providers only if you actively click the corresponding link. If you contact us via WhatsApp, personal data is processed by WhatsApp Ireland Limited and Meta Platforms respectively.

It cannot be excluded that data is transferred to servers outside the European Union. The privacy terms of the respective provider apply to any further processing.

Where we take on hosting or technical maintenance for client projects, personal data may be processed as part of technical operation.

Processing serves solely technical provision, maintenance and the fulfilment of contractually agreed services. Where personal data is processed on behalf of a client, this takes place solely on that client’s instructions.

Our website uses current SSL and TLS encryption to protect transmitted data against unauthorised access as far as possible.

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations.

Once the purpose no longer applies and no statutory retention obligations remain, the data is deleted.
