Maintenance & support

The work does not stop at go-live. You choose how much care comes after it - from none at all to two hours of changes a month.

A website is not a piece of furniture. Software develops security holes, browsers change, content ages. A care package means somebody deals with that before anyone notices: we keep the software current, watch availability and back up database and images every night. A backup is worth only as much as its last restore, so we test it.

The packages run monthly with no minimum term: notice in text form by the 10th of a month ends the contract at the end of that month. Unused working time expires at month end - it does not accumulate.

Not included are new pages, redesigns, custom-built features and print or logo design. That work is quoted separately, and we name the price before anyone starts.

When the work together ends you get everything: files, database and control of the domain. Thirty days after the handover we delete what is left of the project on our side.

Prices net, plus VAT. Paid a year in advance the packages cost less. Unused time expires at month end; larger work is quoted separately. The terms and conditions apply.
